B2B Marketing Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in the IT/Tech sector

• Proven track record in digital marketing and event management

• Exceptional English communication skills for effective storytelling and brand representation

• Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies

• Confidence and willingness to represent the company at industry events and conferences

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally

• Collaborative team player who can independently manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• German language proficiency

• Experience in the European tech market

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems

• Experience with content marketing and social media strategies

• Data analysis skills for measuring marketing performance

FUNCTIONS

• Develop and oversee strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and B2B client acquisition

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening brand presence and building valuable industry relationships

• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business development, competitive intelligence and client acquisition strategies

• Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing materials and communications channels

• Conduct industry and competitive analyses to optimize sales positioning within the European market

• Measure, report on, and continuously improve marketing campaign effectiveness

• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

• Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
