Release Manager

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and version control systems
• Scripting skills in Python, Node.js, Go, or similar
• Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Mid-level Linux knowledge (CLI, configuration, automation)
• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and software release lifecycle
• Experience in troubleshooting and managing infrastructure services
• Fluent English and strong coordination/communication skills

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a senior DevOps or release engineering role
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities across global locations

FUNCTIONS

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and oversee release processes across development, QA, and production environments
• Manage automation pipelines and ensure reliable deployment flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve release-related issues (services like Apache, Tomcat, NGINX)
• Collaborate closely with engineers, DevOps, and product teams
• Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD and release governance
