REQUIREMENTS
For a good match, you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in IT service companies
- last few years of experience on leadership roles
- marketing leadership, planning, and strategy execution experience
- experience with USA market
- ability to execute the plan is critical
- defining, monitoring, and reporting KPI
- working with Sales, Presales, Leadgen teams, and external vendors on defining, coordinating, and executing a shared marketing plan

What You’ll Be Doing In The Role?

- Develop and execute the marketing plan to drive pipeline coverage in North America and worldwide.
- Work with internal HR to create and execute a marketing plan for employer brand promotion in local markets.
- Execute regional campaigns to acquire or expand target accounts, working closely with our leadership team.
- Work with the wider sales team to execute those campaigns for other regions.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including but not limited to SMM, SEO, Paid ads, Email campaigns, etc.
- Understand the companies value proposition and be able to adapt it for your market as needed.
- Be the marketing voice for North America, highlighting local needs and expectations to the leadership team.
