Senior React Developer

Full time React.js

REQUIREMENTS

6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar), and React performance optimization.
Experience designing or refactoring large-scale, modular front-end systems.
Hands-on experience with real-time client-server communication (WebSockets, GraphQL subscriptions, etc.).
Proven ability to evaluate, select, and integrate new libraries and tools effectively.
Strong grasp of TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, Webpack/Vite, and frontend CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and mentor team members.
A track record of architectural ownership in at least one large React-based project.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience with micro-frontend architecture or modular monorepos (e.g., Nx, Turborepo).
Knowledge of Next.js and SSR/SSG strategies.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Exposure to DevOps for front-end apps, such as build pipelines or automated deployments.

FUNCTIONS

Architect and refactor existing front-end systems to improve scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
Design and document component architecture, state management strategy, and client-server communication flows.
Lead technical decision-making, including evaluation and selection of new libraries, tools, and frameworks.
Mentor and guide front-end engineers, providing technical direction and best practices.
Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to deliver seamless, performant, and elegant user experiences.
Ensure performance, security, and accessibility standards are met across all client applications.
Drive modernization efforts, including migration to newer technologies and patterns as appropriate.
