REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written)
Hands-on experience preparing proposals, SoWs, or RFP responses
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical terminology
Previous experience in pre-sales, sales support, business analysis, or similar role
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Hands-on experience with lead qualification is a strong plus

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with sales managers to understand client needs and opportunities

Qualify incoming leads and assess project fit with our capabilities

Prepare well-structured, clear, and compelling client proposals and presentations

Draft and maintain Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and RFP responses

Coordinate with technical teams to gather input for effort estimates and scopes

Organize and facilitate internal handoff and kick-off meetings

Maintain and improve templates, sales documentation, and proposal standards

Ensure a smooth flow of information between sales and delivery units
