Strong English communication skills (at least upper-intermediate level), both written and verbal, are essential for client interactions and documentation.

A solid technical understanding of software development processes, tools, and lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.

Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into actionable technical requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and maintain up-to-date records.

Experience in working with leads throughout the pre-sale funnel: including qualification, conducting first calls, gathering initial requirements, and understanding client pain points.

Proven ability to prepare well-structured proposals and accurate estimates in cooperation with technical experts.

Ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, or architecture sketches to visualize solutions.

Previous experience working with RFPs/RFIs, and understanding of formal tender processes.

Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, or similar.

FUNCTIONS
Key Responsibilities

Lead initial engagement with inbound and outbound leads: qualification, discovery calls, and follow-ups.

Gather and analyze client business needs and technical requirements.

Collaborate with the Office of the CTO to prepare technical estimates and feasibility analyses.

Create tailored commercial and technical proposals that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.

Present proposals and solutions to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Participate in Discovery phases, ensuring a smooth knowledge transition from Sales to Delivery.

Support the handover process to the Delivery team with clear documentation and context.

Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and status in CRM tools.

Continuously improve internal pre-sale processes and materials.
