Software Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of commercial Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java, multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
Experience building performance-critical backend applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with algorithms, optimization, and complex business logic.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Git.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

FinTech / High-Frequency Trading (HFT) – low-latency pricing engines, order routing, risk models, trading platforms.
Logistics & Supply Chain – route optimization, warehouse capacity planning, dynamic pricing, delivery optimization.
Industrial Automation / Simulation – control systems, PID controllers, optimization algorithms.
Game Backend Development – matchmaking algorithms, game economy balancing, reward systems, dynamic probability models.
AdTech / RTB platforms – real-time bidding, auction algorithms, bidding optimization.

FUNCTIONS

Design, implement, and optimize bidding strategies for high-performance systems.
Analyze and improve existing algorithms to maximize efficiency and performance.
Debug complex production issues and identify optimization opportunities.
Develop scalable, low-latency Java services and distributed applications.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
