Technical Delivery Manager

REQUIREMENTS

– 5+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or engineering management.
– Proven track record in the iGaming, social casino, or video game industry, with shipped
titles under your belt.
– Former Engineering Background: Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer,
QA Automation Engineer, or DevOps Engineer is highly preferred.

Technical Competencies
– Game Development Stack: Deep familiarity with our core front-end rendering and
animation pipeline, specifically PixiJS (Canvas/WebGL) and Spine Animation, alongside
strong knowledge of modern web standards (HTML5, TypeScript/JavaScript).
– Systems Architecture: Solid understanding of modern software architecture, client-server
models, and high-availability systems necessary for real-money gaming.
– DevOps & Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/GCP),
CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and version control (Git) to drive delivery
automation.
– Quality Assurance: Understanding of automated testing frameworks applicable to
web-based game development and backend services.

Process & Leadership Skills:
– Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like
Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
– Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear
business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.
– Stakeholder Management: Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, particularly
when dealing with third-party certification labs.
