Sound Designer

REQUIREMENTS

Key Competencies:

• Audio Conceptualization:
  Ability to translate visual concepts into immersive audio environments and define the overall “sound feel” of a project based on early-stage art references.
• Multi-Genre Composition:
  Composing music across a wide range of styles (Folk, Ethnic, Cinematic, Rock, Corporate/Luxury, etc.) to match the game’s theme and setting.
• SFX Design & Foley:
  Creating unique sound effects for slot mechanics, win events, and UI interactions. Strong emphasis on recording and processing original sounds.
• Sound Engineering:
  Professional proficiency with DAWs (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Cubase, etc.). Deep understanding of audio processing chains, including EQ, dynamics (compression, limiting), and spatial effects.
• Music Theory:
  Solid understanding of harmony and composition for creating seamless looped tracks and transitions.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in game development, preferably within iGaming / Slots.
• Ability to play musical instruments and perform studio recording.
• English level: Intermediate+ for direct communication with clients and discussing technical requirements.
• Strong time management skills, meeting deadlines, and effective collaboration with developers and artists.

FUNCTIONS

As part of the evaluation process, candidates may be asked to complete a short test task, such as designing audio for a gameplay moment or creating a sound concept based on a provided visual reference.
