• Proven experience in change management (ADKAR, Prosci methodologies)
• Understanding of business issues (finance, logistics, HR) impacted by SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to run workshops and design supporting materials (guides, videos, FAQs)
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD, PP modules, etc.)
• Experience in end-user training (manuals, simulations)
• Ability to communicate the concrete benefits of S/4HANA (automation, analytics)
• 5+ years of experience on similar missions
