REQUIREMENTS

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

FUNCTIONS

— Manage the full cycle of business development coordination — from initial lead support to final Statement of Work (SoW) signing.
— Collaborate closely with sales managers to understand and capture client needs, goals, and priorities.
— Prepare clear, compelling, and well-structured proposals, presentations, SoWs, and RFP responses.
— Work with technical teams to gather input, effort estimates, and project scope details.
— Organize and facilitate internal handoff and project kick-off meetings to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
— Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, sales documentation, and related standards.
— Ensure effective communication flow between sales, technical, and delivery units.
